Whois library focused on fetching ip whois data. Handles different formats except japanese, but doesn't break. No friendly documentation yet, only code comments. If you are interested on using it but don't understand how, please contact me. Author of https://crates.io/crates/whois doesn't appear to reply, so I can take responsability for doing a better library if there's the need.
