This plugin adds a tab to see your host's Cockpit components, such as console, journal, and networking if the host has Cockpit installed.
Traditionally, a PHP or Perl/CGI web page has been used to login unauthenticated users to a Network Access Controller like ChilliSpot; this hotspotlogin implementation is based on Sinatra instead, and relies heavily on the CoovaChilli JSON interface.
Run wifi-watch in a terminal so that you can easily check your network quality at this moment and how it has been holding up since you began recording hours or days ago.
pokan-cluster adds a handy set of functionalities on top of pokan, everyone's favorite Ruby Gossip protocol implementation. Logging, easy YAML configuration file, workload information of peers in your network (so that you can write a simple load balancer) are among the features pokan-cluster has to offer! Take a look at it and contribute! (see our Github page).
Tokyo Tyrant is a package of network interface to the DBM called Tokyo Cabinet. Though the DBM has high performance, you might bother in case that multiple processes share the same database, or remote processes access the database. Thus, Tokyo Tyrant is provided for concurrent and remote connections to Tokyo Cabinet. It is composed of the server process managing a database and its access library for client applications.
Act-as-Buddy is a gem to allow any model to implement self relation. For eg: the friendships of a user can be implemented easily by self relation technique of act_as_buddy. Any Model can be buddied or lopped on to itself. Main uses would be for Users create friends etc.. Eg: User has many friends and friends are members of users table itself. This is expected to be heavily useful in social networking domain.
This is a ruby gem that lets you implement categorization systems with ease. Associative memory neural networks make it easy to identify probable patterns between sets of named data points. It can be cumbersome to interface with the neural network directly, however, as a typical implementation has a fixed size and training period, which limits how useful they can be to an integrated system. associative_memory simplifies these kind of machine learning models by offering dynamic input and output sets. This allows your code to concentrate on extrapolating meaningful patterns rather than juggling bitmasks and transposition matrices.
This library implements a server that emulates the functionality of the network connected Advantech ADAM-6050 digital IO module. Specifically the UDP protocol that the unit speaks has been reverse engineered. Since I don't have an actual device to test with the response messages from the server may differ from what they should be. It all works well enough for interfacing with Synology Surveillance Station which is the original intent.
IMMEDIATE DEPRECATION WARNING: this gem has been deprecated. Please find the same functionality with extended feature, better scoping and integration to more methods in the [`machine_learning_workbench` gem](https://github.com/giuse/machine_learning_workbench): check out the [nes classes](https://github.com/giuse/machine_learning_workbench/tree/master/lib/machine_learning_workbench/optimizer/natural_evolution_strategies), [neural network classes](https://github.com/giuse/machine_learning_workbench/tree/master/lib/machine_learning_workbench/neural_network), and [neuroevo example](https://github.com/giuse/machine_learning_workbench/blob/master/examples/neuroevolution.rb). You should be able to transition in no time. Any problem: just ping me. Apologies for the inconvenience, hope you will enjoy the new gem!
== DESCRIPTION: The RightScale Slicehost gem has been designed to provide a robust interface to Slicehost's existing API. == FEATURES/PROBLEMS: - Full programmatic access to the Slicehost API. - Complete error handling: all operations check for errors and report complete error information by raising a SlicehostError. - Persistent HTTP connections with robust network-level retry layer using Rightscale::HttpConnection. This includes socket timeouts and retries. - Robust HTTP-level retry layer. Certain (user-adjustable) HTTP errors returned by Slicehost are classified as temporary errors. These errors are automaticallly retried using exponentially increasing intervals. The number of retries is user-configurable. == INSTALL:
