DEPRECATED PROJECT. MIGRATED TO PYTHON: https://github.com/seoanezonjic/NetAnalyzer. NetAnalyzer is a useful network analysis tool developed in Ruby that can 1) analyse any type of unweighted network, regardless of the number of layers, 2) calculate the relationship between different layers, using various association indices (Jaccard, Simpson, PCC, geometric, cosine and hypergeometric) and 3) validate the results
IGraph is a Ruby extension for interfacing with the C igraph library (http://cneurocvs.rmki.kfki.hu/igraph/). igraph is a library for creating and manipulating graphs with a particular emphasis on network analysis functions.

The Bro IDS is a phenomenal event driven network analysis system but interacting with the logs directly can be irritating. Even with the bro-cut tool, more effort is required than should be necessary, especially if you'd like to parse and interact with the logs within Ruby or some other language. While there are a few gems out there that parse specific Bro logs, brolog supports any arbitrary Bro log. This is absolutely Alpha software.
