Some times we need to test in development how long our methods execute, how much memery code consumes, how many objects it allocates. What if we don't want to touch the code a lot and just like kind of a decorator that will log profile info into the console. This gem helps to do it in one line of code.
The devise-twilio-verify gem extends the Devise authentication system to provide enhanced security through two-factor authentication (2FA). It integrates with the Twilio Verify API to send verification codes via SMS or TOTP (time-based one-time passwords). This gem simplifies adding 2FA to Devise-powered Rails applications, ensuring better protection for user accounts. For instructions on migrating from the legacy Authy API (devise-authy) to Twilio Verify, please refer to the README.
FULL-LENGTHERNEXT is a tool adapted to NGS technologies, able to work in parallel and in a distributed way to minimise computing time. It is able to classify unigenes to full-length, 5’-end, 3’-end and internal, suggesting which unknown genes are coding or not. It will be also shown that FULL-LENGTHERNEXT fixes frame shifts, one of the main mistake found in wrong entries of full-length sequences databases, and it is a fast tool to compare different transcriptome assemblies.
