This can be handy if you want to generate dynamic filenames or URLs using runtime data and a configurable format.
Inferno test kit for testing systems per the Cancer Pathology Data Sharing IG
Renalware uses demographic, clinical, pathology, and nephrology datasets to improve patient care, undertake clinical and administrative audits and share data with external systems.
Pathological provides a way to manage a project's require paths by using a small config file that indicates all directories to include in the load path.
Extension of Pathological Gem to support Ruby > 1.9 version indicates all directories to include in the load path.
DEPRECATED PROJECT. MIGRATED TO PYTHON: https://github.com/seoanezonjic/pets. PETS suite includes three different tools. CohortAnalyzer performs the calculation of several statistics that gives an overview of a cohort of patients to analyse. Reg2Phen uses associations between pathological phenotypes and regions of the genome (these associations can be calculated from the cohort of patients if they include genotypic & phenotypic information using NetAnalyzer, another Ruby gem) to find, for a given genomic region, which pathological phenotypes have been associated with that region. The third tool, Phen2Reg, is a predictor that using the same associations as Reg2Phen, predicts which genomic regions can be the cause of a list of pathological phenotypes observed in a patient.
A Ruby library that can execute a sleep while holding the Global VM Lock, which is pathological behavior that would normally be avoided in practice. However, having an easy method of blocking the Ruby VM from a thread is useful in certain debugging and simulation scenarios.
Lulu merges the closest overlapping pair of map markers into a one whose area is the sum of the original two, located at their centroid. It repeats this until no overlaps remain. Some interesting data structures make this quite fast for all but pathologically bad data. Markers can be circles or squares. The user may provide a scale factor allowing the marker radius to have a different scale than distance between markers.
