Longleaf is a command-line tool which allows users to configure a set of storage locations and define custom sets of preservation services to run on their contents. These services are executed in response to applicable preservation events issued by clients. Its primary goal is to provide tools to create a simple and customizable preservation environment.
A simple redirector for use when you just want to safely redirect stdio. Simply encapsulates a few different safety mechanisms when redirecting stdio, with the primary goal of making it easier to write apps that run under rubyw.exe, where ruby loads with stdio closed. Whilst the primary intention for use is under win32, and was actually developed as an external helper for specifically win32-service usage, this gem may be useful to some other folks on other platforms. It is not win32 specific.
RightAMQP provides a high availability client for interfacing with the RightScale RabbitMQ broker using the AMQP protocol. The AMQP version on which this gem is based is 0.6.7 but beyond that it contains a number of bug fixes and enhancements including reconnect, message return, heartbeat, and UTF-8 support. The high availability is achieved by maintaining multiple broker connections such that failed connections automatically reconnect and only connected brokers are used when routing a message. Although the HABrokerClient class is the intended primary means for accessing RabbitMQ services with this gem, alternatively the underlying AMQP services may be used directly.
