Test your JavaScript without any framework dependencies, in any environment, and with a nice descriptive syntax. Jasmine for Ruby is deprecated. The direct replacment for the jasmine-core gem is the jasmine-core NPM package. If you are also using the jasmine gem, we recommend using the jasmine-browser-runner NPM package instead. It supports all the same scenarios as the jasmine gem gem plus Webpacker. See https://jasmine.github.io/setup/browser.html for setup instructions, and https://github.com/jasmine/jasmine-gem/blob/main/release_notes/3.9.0.md for other options.
Captures TDS (Sybase / MSSQL) packages directly from a network interface. Currently, only TDS_LANGUAGE (Query Statements) and their TDS_PARAMFMT/2 TDS_PARAMS are parsed. There are still many data types missing. Also replaces parameters from prepared statements (e.g. @sql9_object_id is going to be replaced by the corresponding value from TDS_PARAMS). Usage: sudo syspy interface destination_ip destination_port Example: sudo syspy eth0 192.168.1.6 2048
This library extends Capistrano to allow processes to be supervised using the runit package. It replaces some of the standard tasks with runit versions and includes tasks and helpers to create the service directory layout and populate it with run scripts. It has support fcgi, mongrel and merb listeners, and tries to make it easy to add other services in your deploy.rb.
This release is the *last* version of cartage-rack. It will be replaced with a different tool in the future, but this release will allow installation in modern Ruby versions. cartage-rack is a plug-in for {cartage}[https://github.com/KineticCafe/cartage] to provide a Rack application that reports on release metadata. Cartage provides a repeatable means to create a package for a Rails application that can be used in deployment with a configuration tool like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt. The package is created with its dependencies bundled in +vendor/bundle+, so it can be deployed in environments with strict access control rules and without requiring development tool access.
SlimGems is a drop-in replacement for RubyGems, a package management framework for Ruby. This project was forked at 1.3.7, which was a great stable release. SlimGems focuses on maintaining a sane and stable API. We believe that the project has been put through enough stress testing by the community to lock into the current API functionality for the forseeable future. We will also continue to improve the runtime performance over time; we can do this without changing the API.
Cartage provides a repeatable means to create a package for a server-side application that can be used in deployment with a configuration tool like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt. The package is created with vendored dependencies so that it can be deployed in environments with strict access control rules and without requiring development tool presence on the target server(s). This is the last release of cartage. It's been a fun ride, but Docker-based images are our future at Kinetic Commerce. There is one feature that remains useful, the release-metadata output. We have created a new, more extensible format for which we will be creating a gem to manage this. One example of the implementation can be found at: https://github.com/KineticCafe/release-metadata-ts We will also be replacing `cartage-rack` with a new gem supporting this new format.
minitest/unit is a small and fast replacement for ruby's huge and slow test/unit. This is meant to be clean and easy to use both as a regular test writer and for language implementors that need a minimal set of methods to bootstrap a working unit test suite. mini/spec is a functionally complete spec engine. mini/mock, by Steven Baker, is a beautifully tiny mock object framework. (This package was called miniunit once upon a time) -- (this gem as maintained by Matt Lyon contains patches and extensions to minitest/spec that will apparently never make it upstream. Go Open Source!)
FSelector is a Ruby gem that aims to integrate various feature selection algorithms and related functions into one single package. Welcome to contact me (need47@gmail.com) if you'd like to contribute your own algorithms or report a bug. FSelector allows user to perform feature selection by using either a single algorithm or an ensemble of multiple algorithms, and other common tasks including normalization and discretization on continuous data, as well as replace missing feature values with certain criterion. FSelector acts on a full-feature data set in either CSV, LibSVM or WEKA file format and outputs a reduced data set with only selected subset of features, which can later be used as the input for various machine learning softwares such as LibSVM and WEKA. FSelector, as a collection of filter methods, does not implement any classifier like support vector machines or random forest.
