Diff::LCS computes the difference between two Enumerable sequences using the McIlroy-Hunt longest common subsequence (LCS) algorithm. It includes utilities to create a simple HTML diff output format and a standard diff-like tool. This is release 2.0, which has significant breaking changes (removal of deprecations and workarounds) and requires at least Ruby 3.2 or higher. See full details in the `CHANGELOG`, but users of diff-lcs should not notice any significant changes to the APIs. ==== To Install:
The Google Cloud Storage API allows applications to read and write data through the abstractions of buckets and objects, which are similar to directories and files except that buckets cannot contain other buckets, and directory-level operations (like directory rename) are not supported. Buckets share a single global namespace, and each bucket belongs to a specific project that has an associated owner that pays for the data stored in the bucket. This API is accessed using standard gRPC requests. Note that google-cloud-storage-control-v2 is a version-specific client library. For most uses, we recommend installing the main client library google-cloud-storage-control instead. See the readme for more details.

JSONPath is a query language for selecting and extracting values from a JSON text. It does for JSON the same job that XPath does for XML. This is a fast JSONPath parser in pure ruby. It is: * a complete implementation of the JSONPath standard, IETF RFC 9535 * based on the finalized RFC released in 2024, not an older draft (there were changes) * written in ruby 3 with frozen string literals
Net::LDAP for Ruby (also called net-ldap) implements client access for the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), an IETF standard protocol for accessing distributed directory services. Net::LDAP is written completely in Ruby with no external dependencies. It supports most LDAP client features and a subset of server features as well. Net::LDAP has been tested against modern popular LDAP servers including OpenLDAP and Active Directory. The current release is mostly compliant with earlier versions of the IETF LDAP RFCs (2251-2256, 2829-2830, 3377, and 3771). Our roadmap for Net::LDAP 1.0 is to gain full <em>client</em> compliance with the most recent LDAP RFCs (4510-4519, plutions of 4520-4532).
A slightly customized version of SASS. To get the official SASS release, please run ==> gem install sass. Based on v.3.2.10 Sass makes CSS fun again. Sass is an extension of CSS3, adding nested rules, variables, mixins, selector inheritance, and more. It's translated to well-formatted, standard CSS using the command line tool or a web-framework plugin.
Deploy a Ruby on Rails app on EC2 in five minutes. EC2 on Rails is an Ubuntu Linux server image for Amazon EC2 that's ready to run a standard Ruby on Rails application with little or no customization. It's a Ruby on Rails virtual appliance. This gem contains Capistrano tasks to manage and deploy to an EC2 on Rails server instance. *** This is the experimental, pre-release version.*** For the regular version install the gem 'ec2onrails-xtreme'
Provides a set of functions to scan file systems for media files, and dynamically rename them using their metadata. Files are renamed according to a customizable taxonomy. For example, use MediaOrganizer::Renamer to set filenames for a directory of photos to a standard such as: "<date-taken> - Ski Vacation.jpg". Currently supports only JPEG and TIFF files. Future releases will include support for music and additional image files.
