With dokkit you can: * generate static websites * generate many types of documents in many formats * write your documents using a simple wiki syntax and obtain high quality output (with pdflatex) * generate different output formats from the same source document * use models to quickly generate the documents you want (technical report, howto, guides, presentation, website, etc.) * simply derive new documentation models from the existing ones * simply modify existing models to fit your needs For more information about dokkit visit the website[http://dokkit.rubyforge.org/]
KDict allows you to quickly create powerful Keyword-Argument Dictionaries. Each entry can be used to validate a user's input against it, and is built from a generic type defintion (*typedef*) and a unique structure (*struct*). With the included *typedefs* users can create simple to complex validaters in just a single line of code. Examples avaible here in the README don't offer up the full scope of usefulness, so take the time to look at the example documentation and perhaps run a few of them yourself.
Sinja is a Sinatra extension for quickly building RESTful, {json:api}-compliant web services, leveraging the excellent JSONAPI::Serializers gem for payload serialization. It enhances Sinatra's DSL to enable resource-, relationship-, and role-centric API development, and it configures Sinatra with the proper settings, MIME-types, filters, conditions, and error-handling. There are many parsing (deserializing), rendering (serializing), and other "JSON API" libraries available for Ruby, but relatively few that attempt to correctly implement the entire {json:api} server specification, including routing, request header and query parameter checking, and relationship side-loading. Sinja lets you focus on the business logic of your applications without worrying about the specification, and without pulling in a heavy framework like Rails. It's lightweight, ORM-agnostic, and Ember.js-friendly!
Labrat is a linux command-line program for quickly printing labels. Labrat uses the wonderful Prawn gem to generate PDF files with label formatting in mind. With labrat properly configured, printing a label is as simple as: $ labrat 'Income Taxes 2021 ~~ Example Maker, Inc.' And you will get a two-line file-folder label with the text centered. It can print on dymo label printer rolls or Avery sheet labels. It knows the layout of most Avery label types. For Emacs users, labrat includes elisp code for invoking labrat from within a buffer, providing a quick way to print labels.
